  4. Possessive adjectives that go before a noun: *Nuestro, nuestra, nuestros, nuestras (our) *Su sus (your—de ustedes, their) *mi mis (my) *tu tus (your) *Su sus (his, her, your—de usted)

  6. Long form can be used with a noun or without a noun • With a noun: • Voy al partido con un amigo mío. • ¿Vas al baile con unas amigas tuyas? • Without a noun: • ¿Estas chaquetas son suyas? • Sí, son nuestras.

  7. To clarify or emphasize, we can use a prepositional phrase instead of su or suyo: él de}ella Ud. ellos de }ellas Uds. Aquí está un collar suyo. (no clarification) un collar suyo = de él, de ella, de Ud., de ellos, de ellas, de Uds. Aquí está la corbata suya de él. (clarification using de él)
