Open Archives Initiative

Laying the foundation of an infrastructure for new models of scholarly publishing, including existing EPrint efforts and various initiatives in different fields. Common Harvesting Protocol and Open Archives Metadata Set are discussed for interoperability. Meeting outcomes and future steps are outlined.
