Integrity • Affects public perception of the quality of its products and services • It becomes apparent when the NSS faces challenges from interested parties who have a stake in specific outcomes of statistics that it produces. • It connotes openness to external evaluation of its methodologies, and the fortitude to withstand pressure to “adjust” its estimates by disregarding those methodologies.
