  25. When to escalate When you should escalate: • If you don’t know the answers nor can you find them • If the employee is still stuck after trying suggestions you’ve discussed • If the GB is showing a sincere lack of motivation • When the project is showing RED 25

  26. When to escalate Who to escalate to: • Start with the Belt Leader or Master Black Belt • Progress to Project Sponsor 26

  27. Reporting status • If you are coaching a green belt that is working on a second project • You will need to score the projects in project.net at least every 6 weeks (details coming in wk 2) • Complete the final review and evaluation of the project, MBB to validate
