Basic Design Structure: • Inner frame supports hoods interior liner and outer steel body. • Post fronts and side panels are keyed together for reduced hardware and assembly time. • Frame consists of 5 parts total. • Frame ends are a formed universal one piece unit. • Most hoods use a vertical sliding counterbalance weight for the sash.

  6. Materials: • Steel – Carbon steel with a receives chemical resistant powder coated finish or stainless steel • Preparation – Carbon steel go through a phosphate wash and receive a bonderizer prior receiving the powder coating. • Stainless steel preparation includes grinding, buffing, and polishing of parts. • For finishes see color charts and for stainless steel we supply a number 4 finish
