K-12 Monitoring Casisang Central School and Candiisan Elementary School indefinitely postponed- 5 schools were visited by the Central Office. 5 forms of instruments were distributed to the field thru the PSDS Form. 1- Teachers Observation Guide for Instructional Competence Form 2-Survey Questionnaire for the School Head Form 3- Survey Questionnaire for the Teacher Form 4 – Focus Group Conversation (FGC) w/ Learners Form 5 – FGC with parents, community and other Stakeholders • 3 . The Region will conduct a NAT Pretest • 4. January 31, 2013 – 2nd PSSA Congress with P1,000.00 Registration Venue: Atrium 2 participants per school
