Course of a round • Handing out the cases to the participants and preparation (at least 3 days prior to the negotiation) • Confidential Facts for each team • Common Facts 2. Pre-Negotiation Period (5 min per team) • Self-introduction by the participants • Presentation of the tactics and aims during the negotiation 3. Negotiation (up to 60 min) • finding the zone of possible agreement • reaching an agreements or at least common ground
Course of a round Preparing the Self-Reflection Period (5 min) • A private forum for the teams to recapitulate their outcome as to prepare their self-reflection period 5.Self-Reflection Period (15 min) • Self-evaluation by the participants of their performance • Feedback by the judges (up to 10 min) • both teams receive feedback from the judges
