Word of God – listeningCommunity life – belonging Mass – celebratingFamily & school life – living RCIA as model for Catechesis/Passing on our Faith: ENABLING OUR FAMILIES
You Belong…. • The rhythm of life in the Church goes on, Sunday after Sunday after Sunday…like a heart beat, pumping life around the Body… • God speaks – words of encouragement and healing, comfort and peace….. • God feeds us – with Word and the bread and the cup of life! • Beyond our understanding… • Little by little we are changed and become the people we are made to be, fully human, fully alive!
And Jesus continues to invite you • To belong – you and your children • You are part of US and we are incomplete without you! • You said ‘Yes’ for your children – do you mean it?.... • Your children said Yes, and need your support to continue their own pathway in faith
How can we continue to support you as families? And you us? • In the Parish….. • Come to Mass – the support you receive in the Mass is beyond words and understanding and is very REAL • Pop into Church for a quiet prayer from time to time • Keep in touch with each other – support each other as parents • Look out for others who need your help
