  3. Current Specifications & Future Computer Requirements • All computers have to be either upgraded or newly purchased in order to fulfill the requirements mentioned above. • In addition, all computers will be upgraded to Windows Vista & Office 2007.

  4. Class A Computer Upgrades • Ten class A users can use computers from class B since they already have the required specifications. • Additional six class B computers have to be upgraded to a main memory of 1GB in order to be used by class A users.

  5. Class B Computer Upgrades • Five class B users can use the computers from class C after a main-memory upgrade to 2GB. • New computers will have to be purchased for the remaining 17 class B users since an overall upgrade of all specifications would be more expensive than purchasing a new computer with the mentioned requirements.

  6. Class C Computer Upgrades • All Class C users will receive brand new computers with the required specifications.

  7. New Purchases of Class B & C Computers • After upgrading existing computers, 17 class B & five class C users receive a new Dell computer. • The decision for Dell is based on a low-price agreement that the companies already have for several years. • All computers are laptops that give the users more mobility than desktop computers.
