What will I need? • Access Account UserID (e.g., XYZ3) and password. • SecurID token. • New hire SSN (strongly recommended). • New hire name (first, middle, last). • New hire date of birth (optional and only month and day). • New hire home address (city, state, zip). • New hire home country.
How do I begin • For appointments not processed using EJMS log on to (Web site to be announced). • For staff appointments in EJMS follow prompts after you click the “hire” button. • Enter your Access Account UserID, password, and SecurID number.
To assign a PSU ID to a new hire, use a web browser to access the Central ID applications, the address of which will be advertised later. Use your Access Account UserID and password, plus a SecurID token to log on.
Enter required and optional information provided by a new hire. Note: optional elements are marked.
Choose Assign PSU ID from the left frame and complete the information on screen. • In the “select an affiliate” box, choose “PENDING EMPLOYEE.” Select appropriate affiliate code Choose Validate Data for Processing..
If CIDR does not find a matching record, a new PSU ID will be assigned and displayed. If CIDR finds a matching record, other screens will allow you to add the affiliate record. Details on this process will be provided at a later date. This screen can be printed to provide the PSU ID to the individual.
