  1. Conseil Régional/ADEME - GAHIA Référentiel HQE – Bioclimatique BIOCLIMATIQUE La bioclimatique est l’art de construire avec le climat. Elle concerne principalement la conception de l’enveloppe. Elle vise, par des moyens passifs, la meilleure base pour les économies d’énergie et le confort de l’usager (hiver et été).

L’isolation : mode et performances L’isolation par l’extérieur ou répartie et les rupteurs de ponts thermiques sont récompensés Objectifs : - réduire les déperditions par les parois - limiter les ponts thermiques - adapter l’inertie à l’usage

La démarche • Il est demandé de joindre un plan annoté et d’argumenter les choix entrepris concernant entre autres : • la localisation du bâtiment • la forme et son orientation • la composition du plan intérieur • etc.
