2. 数字的翻译 数字在社会中运用广泛，也深深地反映在语言中，成了语言的一个有机组成部分。 翻译应根据两种语言的表达习惯，采取不同的翻译方法。 有时候英汉两种语言表达方法基本相同，这时可采用直译的方法。有时英汉两种语言有十分相似的表达法，但因为表达习惯不同，采用了不同的数字，这时可将数字进行替换。有时在译语中找不到对应的表达法，而直译又不符合译语习惯，可略去数字，采取意译的方法。
