  2. VocollectVoiceDirect® ERP for use with SAP®Direct Interface to SAP NetWeaver™ VoiceDirect® ERP for use with SAP® is an SAP Certified solution that enables the integration of Vocollect Voice with SAP WM and EWM.

VocollectVoiceDirect® ERP for use with SAP®Direct Interface to SAP NetWeaver™ VoiceDirect®ERP: • Is a direct solution; no middleware required • Is SAP Netweaver® Certified • Is compatible with SAP®WM and EWM • Is a Tool for the integrator, that provides the documentation and examples necessary to voice enable SAP WM and EWM transactions as well as custom developed transactions.

  4. Architecture Overview- Components VoiceDirect Client SAP Protocol Translator VocollectVoiceDirect Client Vocollect Protocol Translator SAP Business Module and Internet Transaction Server Sample/Reference transactions are also included

  5. VoiceDirect ERP for SAP Client VoiceDirect Client Resides on the Mobile Device Communicates with Voice Protocol Translator and ITS Mobile Executes the dialog and Business Process provided by SAP and the Protocol Translator New applications do not require changes to the VoiceDirect Client

Voice Protocol Translator Can reside within SAP Landscape ensuring no middleware Standard TCP/IP socket connectivity to voice devices Multi-threaded to support high device numbers and large transaction volumes Open source logging framework to provide full internal visibility Fully configurable using Voice Attributes to translate SAP Mobile Data Entry Transactions into Vocollect Voice dialogs. Can be deployed on a separate Application Server (e.g Tomcat) Protocol Translator

VoiceDirectERP for use with SAP Vocollect Voice Sample/Reference Transactions • What is a “Vocollect Voice-enabled transaction”? • A “Vocollect Voice-enabled transaction” is an ABAP-developed SAP program (screens, workflow, functions, etc.) • “Vocollect Voice-enabled” means that Vocollect VoiceAttributes have been configured to support a specific ABAP transaction • Includes example Vocollect Voice-enabled SAP transactions • For use as examples of how to apply VoiceAttributes to refine the transaction for voice
