  3. Australia's Location and Climate • Australia is an island continent near the edge of New Zealand • Most of Australia’s topographical landscape is flat dry desert • Australia’s climate is tropical

  5. Aboriginal Society • The official language of Australia is English • The language is taught to kids by their parents • In Australia, for aborigines, there isn’t an educational system • Most aborigines are hunters • An average aboriginal home is a grass hut

  8. Aboriginal Religion • Aboriginals believe in Dream Time, and Christianity • Music is played in those religions when it is used for spiritual purposes
