Making a great Project 2 OCR 1994/2360
Evaluation • The evaluation for this project follows a strict structure. • It may be different from other evaluations you are used to.
Evaluation 1 • What does your solution do? • Simply list the things your system does.
Evaluation 2 • You must compare your solution to the original User Requirements. • Have you met each requirement? • How well have you met each requirement? • Which part of your testing shows this? • Note: if you have not tested each user requirement, then you cannot get this mark!
Evaluation 3 • What does your solution NOT do? • Describe the limitations of your system. • Which parts were you not able to implement? • What extra features could you add in future?
Evaluation 3 • What could you improve? • Based on the limitations you have already identified, what could you do better? • What else could you add to the system?
Evaluation 4 • Provide some evaluation from the point of view of the end user. • Get your end user to comment on how well you have met the requirements. • They could also suggest limitations and improvements.
Evaluation 4 • Provide some evaluation from the point of view of the end user. • Get your end user to sign a statement that they have evaluated your system. • Note: You will not get this mark if your end user has not tested the system!
Evaluation Complete… • That’s it! You’ve done the Evaluation section. • With that, your whole project should be complete!
