7. The Upside • Central to our demographic • Size fits our current needs • Great visibility • Reasonably priced – we can afford it • Land • Great launch point for more church plants in the area

8. The Downside • Size of auditorium is limiting • Future expansion may include updating the entire building to current codes • We lack a down payment • Central Nazarene isn’t currently interested in helping to finance either the down payment or the full amount
