AIM: How do I prepare my file for submission?

  2. How to save your file: • Use the SAVE FOR WEB command under the file menu. Choose JPG and HIGH quality SAVE

  3. How to save your file: • This will be a SAVE AS that will also flatten your file. • Save the front cover only as:yourname_pdx_HSdir.jpg • Do not use any other periods in the file name other than before the extension.

  4. How to upload your file: • Go to your email and start a new message. • TO:coverdesign@schools.nyc.gov • CC: ms.edelmanlee@gmail.com • Subject: "Cover Design Competition" and the first four digits of your birthday.For example, if your birthday is March 12th, your subject line should be:Cover Design Competition 0312 • Attach: cover design JPG and permission form on the dropbox.
