2. Purpose of League To provide a competitive and learning experience of the team aspect of wrestling, for both parent and child.

3. Code of Conduct If we don’t have this, we have nothing! We are just a bunch of washed up former wrestlers, please let’s keep it that way, read next bullet. “Competitive but knowing it’s not real”

4. Code of Conduct Coaches • Head Coach is solely responsible for his coaches and parents. • If a parent or coach is out of control, the head coach must work to remove them from gym. • Matches will stop until this happens and will not resume until the person has left the building. • High school rules apply for all discussion with referees. 7. Dual Season • 1 single dual • 2 True quads (3 Matches) • Total of 4 events OR • Can we do 4 matches at one quad? • Total of 2 events (not including tourney) • Can anyone else Host? MVC Meeting Agenda 7

8. Format of Meets • Pick weight to start at like HS, rather then the bottom weight every time. • JV’s - teams must bring plenty for other teams, if you don’t have enough, make a call/email to other coaches so we can tell kids to stay home • 2 Chairs for Coaches • Team score Boards • Score Sheets • Properly filled out • Email is the preferred way to send, however they maybe faxed to 315-460-8372 • HS rules including OT • Sound System with someone to explain what is happening MVC Meeting Agenda 8

Weight Classes • All teams numbers are down as far I can gather so filling weights is going to be an issue • Have all teams weigh your own kids in, in order to get the data to create weight classes that make sense. • Have a check weigh in right before the first meet. (teams line up with roster and step on scale to verify, next, very quick) • With numbers low cut down number weights so teams may be able to fill most if not all. • Combining any teams that are just too low otherwise MVC Meeting Agenda
