8. NYESLH Requirements Must be built by Participating Builder
Must be built with aide of Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Rater
Must be modeled and tested with Rem/Rate software
Must include 500 kWh of electrical savings
Must fulfill all technical specifications (air infiltration, minimum efficiency and proper sizing of HVAC equipment, duct tightness, etc.)
