  3. Kentucky Derby etiquette Rules • The class will be split into 6 teams. Each team will get their own horse. • Teams will start with problem #1 and work their way down to problem #15. Every time a team can prove that every member of the team has completed and understands a problem, their horse will advance one spot. • Winners will earn the chance at a delicious prize. • Each team needs to make sure everyone can answer correctly! The team with the best work can move forward an extra spot!

  4. Kentucky Derby: Leg one • Directions: Work on the problems in order. When your entire group understands the problems and thinks they have the correct answer, have Ms. Pobuda check your work. • If Ms. Pobuda is currently checking another group, start working on the next group of problems.
