  1. Structural Elements of Best Wine in India The wine lovers love to discuss aging and gathering wine because sipping a really aged wine has a romantic magnetism. An aged wine provides us a way to re-experience a year that has a special place in our memory, whether it is a birth or anniversary ceremony. Drinking a wine that is really old and has come from a time that we have never even lived. On top of this, the best wine in India is meant to be aged because that helps in creating flavor and texture of a wine that makes it a perfect beverage for the wine lovers to celebrate the occasion. But when you heard about the aging of a wine, what first comes to the mind is what type of wines are required to be aged and to how many years? This being said that only 1% of all the total wine produced is meant to be aged. Best wine in India gives a chance to taste a wine before going into the aging process as it will help to identify the structural elements before storing it. Acidity: it is a crucial characteristic of high-rated great tasting old wines and, as the wines are stored for aging, they lose their acidity. Tannin: it must be soberly highly but should not overshadow the other flavors that are added to the wine. You have to still be able to sense the taste of fruit along with some grapy impression of tannin and bitterness on your tongue. Volatile acidity: it is somewhat a tricky sort of acid which is often found in wine because it allows a wine to degrade steadily. Acetic acid causes 2 kinds of fragrance compounds to become too high that one can smell when the wine is out of whack. One aroma scents like acetone that might burn on the tip of the nose. Whereas, the other aroma smells like sore apples and a nutty brown sugar-like note in red wines.
