More Info About the Ozone Layer One very important fact is that the Ozone is that it is Oxygen that has undergone some changes. It changes from O2 to O3. One thing that you might not think of that destroys the ozone layer is solar storms. Two more very important things that destroys the Ozone Layer is chlorofluorocarbons and Hydroclorofluorocarbons. Both of these can destroy the Ozone layer faster than it is formed.
