Instructor-Mentor-Facilitator My philosophy is anyone cannot be an instructor. It takes: (1) Belief in oneself (2) Commitment to help others be the “BEST” they can be. (3) Passionate about mentoring (mentor), instructing, and teaching, (4) Desire to make a difference, (5) Realism – if it is not real do not waste your or those counting on you, time. (7) Honesty, (8) integrity, (9) morale courage, (10) expertise, and (11)ethics. Finally (12) become an expert through developing your knowledge and skills through research and experience. May GOD bless and help you succeed by giving you the knowledge, skills, experience and wisdom needed
WELCOME This lesson was researched and developed to help new and old instructors to develop law enforcement lesson plans. It is essential for all instructors to follow their agency and/or state lesson plan formats in order for deputies and/or officers to receive training credit. It is imperative that all lesson plans include their agency Standard Operating Procedures and/or Policy & Procedures related to topic. “KNOWLEDGE IS POWER that can SAVE lives”
