  3. Mezzanine - Net Gains • New storage area on south portion. • Re-designed SS rooms • One extra washroom • Better positioned refreshment area • Improved visibility for child protection • Enhanced lighting and flooring.

  4. Overall - Net Gains • Air conditioning unit • Accessibility to all floors • Increased multi-purpose capacity on all levels • Redesign stairs and façade • Repairs and upgrades (ie. paint, flooring, fixtures, foundations etc.) • Improved child protection features. • New heating system

  5. Financial • 625K in the bank • 1.5 million total project cost • Price includes management fees, 10% contingency fund, and taxes. • Mortgage would vary based on pledges. Based on 25 yr mortgage it would add anywhere between 3 to 4K – to budget per month. 36 to 48K per year.
