4. Rules of the Competition • Open Division • Faculty, Grad or Undergraduate Students and off-campus personnel • (<20% of team members can be off-campus) • Undergrad Division • Purdue Undergraduate Students and a faculty advisor is needed.

5. Rules of the Competition • Intellectual Property Issues • Owner of IP MUST be a team member • IP ownership must be verifiable (patents or licensing agreements) • Eligibility • Past 1st, 2nd or 3rd Place Teams cannot enter • Each participant can only be on one team • One plan per team per year
