However • It has been shown to raise blood pressure. • Also vertigo, and insomnia are some possible side effects of ginseng • Diabetes medications and blood-thinning medicines could cause serious interactions. • Heart palpitations, low blood sugar, and mania are possible symptoms of a ginseng overdose. (suggested dose is 200 mg/day)
Viewpoint • I have not used this product but in my opinion the risks that it posses on a person’s health is not worth it.
Recommendation • I do not recommend this product. There are other safer ways to reduce stress and increase energy, for example exercise is not only good for the body but it also helps with stress relief and sleep patterns.
