Statistics Sheets • Get statistics sheets from Counsellors • A separate sheet for EACH school for Logbook, Talks and Visits (Colleges please note!) • Number of Students / Parents = ACTUAL number. Example: 75 NOT “All Forms 1s” • NEW: Please put code under Category Heading Eg: E (Educational), V (Vocational), etc.
