Research Problem & Goals • Problem: Find the most appropriate & sustainable locations for renewable energy facilities in Northeast Cochise County, AZ • Goal: A ranked suitability map for each renewable energy type that shows potential sites (high to low suitability) for renewable energy facilities • Process: 1.) Define Goals & Objectives; 2.) Inventory & Process Data; 3.) Model Suitability 4.) Determine Preference (ie. ranked suitability)
