  1. FP Fitting Huanlong

  2. FP equation where: • long time large energy barrier approximations: dynamic time energy barrier overdrive (current and field) • for 50% switching boundary: • for switching probability distribution:

  3. Fit to long-time experiments eq. 1: Fit down to 100 ns, parameters: The yellow-reddish curve is the best fit to FP (eq. 1)

  4. Fit to long-time experiments II eq. 1: Fit down to 1 μs, parameters: The yellow-reddish curve is the best fit to FP (eq. 1)

  5. Fit to long-time experiments III eq. 1: Fit down to 0.5 μs, parameters: The yellow-reddish curve is the best fit to FP (eq. 1)

  6. Fit to SP distribution eq. 2: parameters in use: Red is FP calculation Red and yellow are FP calculations

  7. Summary • Dynamic time from such fits are too large, larger than most of the switching time we have in the short time regime. • As a result, if we fit the short time switching with the same parameters, there will not be much switching probability within ~ 100 ns.
