This analysis focuses on countries that have produced multiple disaster reports after 2007. Out of the selected countries, Ethiopia, Guinea, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia, Sierra Leone, and South Africa have produced 2 reports, while others have produced 3-4 reports. It is important to note that Namibia is a PfCC 2 country. Additionally, Maldives had no reports before 2007, and the Philippines only had one report. This suggests that there may be an increase in disasters in these countries post-2007. Both Indonesia and the Philippines were PfCC 1 members from 2006-2009 and continue to invoke CC+GW. From December 2009 to June 2011, countries were members of PfCC 2. There is limited data available for the "after PfCC2" period, but the number of data points for the "before PfCC2" period ranges from 6 to 13.
