Interagency Agreement: Purpose • To specify the roles and responsibilities of the requesting agency and the servicing agency in an assisted acquisition • To demonstrate that the requesting agency has a bona fide need, and to authorize the transfer of funds to the servicing agency to meet that need
Interagency Agreement:Structure and Content PART A – General Terms & Conditions • May cover one or more orders • Does not create fiscal obligation PART B – Requirements & Funding Information • Covers only one specific order • Creates fiscal obligation Each task or delivery order under the interagency agreement must include or reference the entire interagency agreement.
