Eat Well What you eat is equally important for both your body as well as for your skin. Make sure you are eating wholesome and take adequate amount of nutrition in your diet. A healthy diet improves your skin health from the inside and out. Some of the healthy foods are mangoes, tomatoes, green tea, omega 3 etc.
Avoid Sun When there is scorching day outside the avoid going outside because UV rays can damage the skin, these rays cause sunburn and also there are chances of skin cancer. And in case if you are going outside then apply sunscreen before going outside. Also, wear the hat.
Avoid Stress Avoid stress because when you are under stress your body produces hormones like cortisol and when the amount of cortisol increases in your body then it cause reduced immunity, then takes steps to keep stress down. To reduce cortisol even drink black tea and to avoid stress you can also go outside for the walk and stretch your legs which can also reduce stress.
Stop Smoking Smoking is the easiest way to harm your skin and it also develops lip cancer. And if you are a chain smoker then smoking also cause the loss of natural glow.
Exercise Daily Getting adequate exercise is good for your body as well as for your skin. And it is the best way to have healthy skin. Exercise helps to nourish your skin cells by increasing blood flow. The major cause of unhealthy skin is stress and exercise is also a great way to ease stress. So, make habit of doing exercise couples of time in a week.
Get Enough Sleep Get your beauty rest, taking enough rest make you feel more attractive and it actually improves your skin and your overall health. For skin, healthy take 7 to 9 hours sleep a day.
