KINESTHETIC: One’s learning ability is enhanced through touch and experimentation. ENVIRONMENTAL: Theselearners need to be in control of their surroundings. Learning Styles

Session 2 Adult learners need to know WHY. Adult learners are AUTONOMOUSand SELF-DIRECTED. Adult learners possess a reservoir of past EXPERIENCES. Adult learners are PROBLEM-CENTERED. Adult learners are READYto LEARN. Adult learning is LIFE-CENTERED. Adult learners are SELF-MOTIVATED. Seven Principles
