Learning Objectives • Content Objective: Students will be able to evaluate writing and justify their analysis by assigning a score according to the standards established by AP. • Language Objective: Students will evaluate their partner’s analysis essay and assign a score for that paper based on the AP rubric. • Language Objective: Students will write the final drafts of their analysis papers.
AP Rubric • Read the paper and assign a score based on the indicators in the rubric. • Offer your partner suggestions on how you think they can increase their score by one point according to the indicators. • When you receive your paper back from your peer, take a look at their suggestions and scores and see if you agree with their assessment of you.
