New consultation requirements • Direct notification by CBs to stakeholders of opportunities to consult, within ____ days of comment period. • Distribution of stakeholder guide and template along with notification of full assessment announcement. • Acknowledgement of any comment received within _____ days of receipt. • Requirement to consult on assessment team membership (____ day consultation period) • Private Stakeholder interviews at site visits if requested
New reporting requirements • Proposed site visit location included in notification report • In the PCDR: • All written submissions by stakeholders during previous comment periods and site visits, and explicit CB responses. • Full reports of peer reviewers and explicit CB responses • In the Final Report: • All of the above, plus stakeholder comments on the PCDR with explicit CB responses—including MSC comments.
