  5. Walkers but Late in achieving 18/12 LL + UL Asymmetry problem Underdeveloped hemi side L = speech R= perceptual IQ varies Epilepsy SI issues “neglect” Postural issues Contractures TA/ biceps Emboli Thrombi Artery malformations Prematurity with anoxia

  6. Spastic muscle not a strong muscle ? Underlying weakness
