  2. It’s important because … • It gives you energy to think, focus at school and be physically active. • It helps to keep you healthy and maintain a healthy weight. • Studies show that kids who eat breakfast eat more vegetables and fruit.

  23. Assignment Instructions Go out into the school and community and take photos to answer this question: How can eating both breakfast and vegetables and fruit make a difference in your life? Teacher note: ensure that consent that is obtained when taking pictures of classmates and other people.
