  1. Breast mammoplasty, is done to increase breast size. In Implant breast augmentation, the breast implants are placed under the breast tissues or chest muscles. For some women, it gives them more confidence. In some women, it is rebuilding of their breast for various conditions. If you are planning to go for breast augmentation, you should also know about the risks involved in it. You should also be aware of the unsafe methods of breast augmentation. Risks: Risks: The complications and adverse outcomes that result due to breast augmentation are as follows: Silicone gel-filled implants rupture with or without symptoms (silent rupture) augmentation, called augmentation
