During the Service Meeting When should I show up? • Attend each service meeting • Arrive on-time orearly • Stay for the entire meeting
During the Service Meeting What if I can’t come? FIND A REPLACEMENT and submit your report
During the Service Meeting What Should I Take Notes on? • Group needs • Committee meetings (date/time/place) • Motions • Elections/ open positions (requirements) • Events!! Get flyers &/or .pdf’s • Get meeting lists
During the Service Meeting Who Should I Talk To? • EVERYONE! • Ask for phone numbers and email addresses from new and experienced members

Attracting Members to Service How can we remove obstacles for members to serve? • Give rides • Welcome new members to participate in discussion • Get members plugged into appropriate service for their clean time
