  3. The Agent Portal Dashboard • The Agent Portal Dashboard is a tool to help your Branch manage your Portal activity. • Provides monitoring • Measures Branch versus Company expectations • Identifies areas of opportunity • Provides reporting and statistics

  10. What Does the Dashboard Tell Us? Portal Activity Detail is available for information at the policy level. This will list the Writing Agent and their Hire Date and DCN. It will also list the Insured Name and Upload Date / Approval Date.

  13. Who Can View the Dashboard? How Do You Access the Dashboard? On your QlikView AccessPoint there will be a thumbnail available. Double click on the thumbnail and you are in. All Branch Managers, Home Office Executives, and Sales Administration personnel can access the QlikView Agent Portal Dashboard.

  14. How Often is the Dashboard Updated? The QlikView Agent Portal Dashboard is updated daily and will be refreshed by 7AM each morning.
