  2. Rikastamo combines credit units with work experience. The student can complete his/her studies in a company by working in real life projects. Both credits and working experience are gathered in simultaneously. Stop studying in oulu– start your career in raahe

  3. The graduate has working experience and references in CV. The graduate already has links to working life and work related social network can start to grow. The graduate is ready to meet the working life - and the working life knows the qualified worker! Benefits for the student

  4. The student is instructed and supported both by the supervising teacher and the company expert. Instruction is intensive and run on weekly basis. The student can show his/her knowledge and skills by doing, instead of exams and course assignments. The student can gain credit units while working in a project, up to about 60 cr. Some companies may pay a salary. Benefits for the student
