  8. Form Features • Custom Header • Optional agency graphics: badge and seal • Customizable report title (aka “Incident / Offense Report” could be “Case Report”) • Address and phone auto-populate from database

These special fields allow a user to quickly fill out multiple form fields from system data including: • CAD call information • Names (Spillman RMS, *Driver License Scan, *State Queries) *Not available in all states. • Vehicles (Spillman RMS, *Driver License Scan, *State Queries) *Not available in all states.
