Business Management ReportingWachovia’s WEBInVision online reports include • Transaction Search • Using various search criteria, such as date range and check number, this report displays transactions that have posted to their account. • Returned Items • This report displays the returned items received as of the previous day with detailed descriptions of each item. • Account Summary & Detail • This report displays balances and detail transactions for the previous business day. Business Management ReportingSunTrust’s My Merchant View online reports include • Point of Sale • This report displays the sales for each line of business over a specific time period. Items displayed include batch reference number, submit date, terminal number, submitted and processed amounts, along with processed counts. • Single or Multiple Day Funding • This report displays reconciliation information as related to funds deposited to the customer’s bank account. Items displayed include bank account, routing/transit number, funding agency and amount. • Outlet Statement • This report displays the customer’s monthly statement. Items displayed include monthly deposits, discounts and adjustments, checking account transfers, and merchant interchange qualification summary (MasterCard and Visa interchange rate charges). Technical Operations Reporting Common Payment Service online reports include • Settled ACH Files Report • This report displays summary information, including total amount and transactions, for files that have been transmitted. • Authorized Credit Card Transactions Report • This report displays detailed information for credit card transactions that have been successfully authorized. • Settled Credit Card Transactions Report • This report displays detailed information for credit card transactions that have been settled. Access to these reports is secured and restricted only to each customer’s specific information.
