Products Brewing Systems Material Thickness —Internal Shell: 4mmExterior Cladding: 3mmDome: 5mm • 1 x Mash / Lauter vessel, 304 stainless steel, steam jacket, insulated with 100mm of high density, chloride free Rockwool insulation, side grain out door, with glass top manway. • 1 x 304SS Lauter Rakes and grain out with variable speed control auto lifting.• 1 x 304SS Precision Milled False Bottom Screens, firmly affixed to vessel floor.• 1 x 304SS Working Platform with sanitary process piping & valves.• 1 x US made Sanitary Wort Pump (Ampco or equivalent), with variable speed control.

Top manways offer superior sanitation and ease to add fining and hops to the vessel.• 304SS Brite Beer Tanks have a dished bottom and top dome and have Dual or Multi Glycol Zones located on the cone and on the cylinder. 25% head space, front manways. • Pillow plate Glycol Jackets offer optimal heat transfer capability and are insulated with 100mm Chloride free PU insulation. The interior of the shell is professionally passivated and coated with a chloride resistant coating to resist corrosion from the interior.  • Calibrated Sight Glass with level indicator allows tank beer level to be assessed.

The interior of the shell is coated with a Chloride resistant coating to resist corrosion from the interior. • Pressure tested to 30psi/24 hrs., 90psi/24hrs on the internal shell and cooling jacket respectively. Internal Pressure rating allows for Natural Carbonation and Spunding of beer utilizing CO2 created by the fermentation.• “One Touch” Racking Arm allows for easy racking arm rotation, without the need to loosen any clamps. Simply turn the handle and the racking arm rotates.• Adjustable Levelers to provide a level tank regardless of floor slope.• 304ss Butterfly Valves, 1.5” Bottom port to facilitate yeast removal.
