  3. A summary of what we did: • Overview of existing documentation and prior evaluations including other New Deal areas • Overview of activity and financial data available • Analysis of “virtual school” data • 50 interviews/ 15 focus groups or other consultations BNDfC Feb 2008

  4. In Relation to the New Deal for Communities Programme: • BNDFC performs well • There is a strategic plan and this is evidenced in the projects funded • There is a strong community theme BNDfC Feb 2008
