Brand Names: MOVENTO: 2 lb ai/gallon SC ULTOR: 1.25 lb ai/gallon SC Use Rates: Annual Crops: 0.047 – 0.125 lb ai/a Perennial Crops: 0.078 – 0.156 lb ai/a

Product Attributes • Phloem, xylem mobile in plant following foliar application – movement to young, emerging shoots and root tips • No cross-resistance with other chemical classes • New mode of action against aphids, mealybugs, scales, Phylloxera, and some psylla species • Rapid dissipation in environment - immediate plant-back for all crops, labeled or otherwise

Regulatory Status • Submission: October 6, 2006. • Joint review between EPA, PMRA, and AGES. • Parallel review with CDPR • Reduced Risk classification granted 1/16/2007 • Anticipated Approval: 1st/2nd qtr 2008 • MRL’s will be established almost simultaneously in U.S., Canada, and EU countries upon regulatory approval due to global joint review. • Establishment of CODEX MRL’s and Japanese import tolerances anticipated by end of 2009 or early 2010.
