First Degree Plan evaluation FEE WAIVED for military personnel and their spouses • Library fees waived for active duty personnel • Affordability; only $200.00 per credit hour for Undergraduate, $250.00 for Graduate, and $300.00 for Doctorate • Open enrollment: For members using Tuition Assistance • Student chooses their start date • NO on-line appointments • NO Group work • Grades are based on individual performance • Self Paced course allows up to 10 weeks for completion 8 week class
