    31. “FLORIDA BLACK CHAMBER INDEPENDENT PARTNERS” The following organizations are Independent Partners and via partnership arrangements, provide a service to the Florida Black Chamber and its members, in support of chamber initiatives and mandates. They are the Florida African American Heritage Preservation Network (FAAHPN), the Southern Cultural Heritage Society (SCHS), the Arts & Entertainment Network (A&E Network), and the Cultural Heritage Marketplace. Their organizational purpose and structure are as follows:
