Date of Recognition:6-1-2013 • Company: Skyline-Technologies • Workers Name (s): Jose Ochoa • Work Location: B-2700 • Description of Recognition: I would like to extend my thanks to Jose Ochoa a member of the Skyline Paint department. On the night of June 1, 2013 Mr. Ochoa was setting up tarps to blast a nearby vessel when he discovered a leak from a pump. He notified operations personnel and they blocked in the pump to stop the leak.
