  25. Perfect time to experience a nice little “get-away” in beautiful Lancaster, PA – conference room rates are guaranteed two days prior and two days after. Perfect time to share your Club’s work throughout the year and boast of your Club’s accomplishments. Perfect time to recognize new Paul Harris Fellows from District 7470.

  26. Perfect time to display your Club’s work regarding the “Five Avenues of Service” – awards will be given for best Club displays. Perfect time to recognize Clubs for their achievement – best weekly bulletins, sustaining club, best conference attendance, promoting Rotary public relations, etc.

  27. Perfect time as President-Elects finalize Club goals for 2012-2013 – Why not attend the 2012-2013 Conference as a personal goal? Perfect time to sponsor a new member and encouraging that member to attend the Conference with you.
